Includes 2 tables: "The Contents of the Respective Divisions of the Island of St. John" and "A List of Lots and Proprietors Names". In upper right margin, "XIII." Described in Catalogue of the National Map Collection, Public Archives of Canada, H12/204 - 1775, volume 1, p. 284: "The map was originally drawn in 1775 by A. Dury. The original map had a slightly different title ("A plan of the Island of...") and lacked the list of proprietors."
